Clean Restroom System”
Restroom Restoration and Sanitation Services
In most situations unless your facility is new we
will need to do a restoration prior to applying our one time SaniSeal
coatings. Unfortunately, in most cases your current cleaning process
has been your own worst enemy. Janitors have treated our restroom
substrates for years with harsh cleaning chemicals opening the pours
to germs and breaking down the molecular structure of the substrates.
The SaniClean restoration and seal
will allow you stop this degradation and to throw away those harsh
non-environmentally friendly chemicals forever!
These are the five major steps we take one
time in the initial SaniClean process.
1. We use high pressure wash (450psi), high pressure
steam (310 degrees & 90psi) 350mph blow dry and wet & ‘Dry
Vacuum equipment on all water tight surfaces substrates from the
ceiling to the floor. Old dirty calking is removed and re-calked
where needed.
2. We use a Floor Machine designed specifically for
grouted ceramic tile floors with a brush and pad also specifically
for grouted ceramic tile floors to clean, restore and sanitize
your floors and grout joints.
3. All areas wet cleaned for restoration are dried
with industrial floor and hand held blowers to insure all moisture
is completely removed.
4. All glass, fiberglass, stone, granite, marble,
concrete, porcelain, ceramic tile, painted doors, aluminum, chrome
and stainless steel is sealed with our proprietary “SaniClean”
sealers.
5. All ceramic floor tiles will be polished to a “SaniClean”
satin finish with our proprietary “SaniClean”
compounds & systems. All grout & ceramic tile will be sealed
with our proprietary “SaniClean”s
sealers.
In major cases even bead blasting
and re-chroming are available if needed. Keep in mind that the extra
effort is worth it up front because of the superiority of our sealers
and maintenance protocols will keep them like new and germ free
for years to come.
